This page supplements our Privacy Policy for individuals in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Exercising rights
Account owners: Settings → Privacy → Export data (JSON) or schedule account deletion (7-day grace). All users: email hello@menuonscan.app with subject GDPR Request. We respond within 30 days.
Data we process
See Privacy Policy. Export includes profile, team memberships, owned venue metadata, guest feedback for your venues, notifications, and preferences.
Legal bases
Contract (service delivery), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation, consent (non-essential cookies and optional marketing).
Transfers
We use SCCs and subprocessors listed at /dpa. Enterprise customers may execute our DPA on request.
Automated decision-making
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on account holders.
